NMRiH China Joint Ban Alliance is committed to maintaining a fair and healthy gaming environment. We respect and protect the legitimate rights of every player.

1. 违规举报权

如果您在游戏中遭遇作弊、恶意利用漏洞（Exploit）、恶意组队破坏（Team Griefing）或严重违反社区准则的行为，您有权进行举报。

If you encounter cheating, exploiting, team griefing, or severe violations of community guidelines in-game, you have the right to report the offender.

• 游戏内举报 | In-Game Report: 通过游戏内置的举报系统提交违规玩家信息。 Submit the offender's information via the built-in in-game report system.
• 社区/平台举报 | Community/Platform Report: 通过本联盟官方 Discord/玩家群 的 #举报专区 提交包含 SteamID、违规截图、录像证据 的举报工单。 Submit a report ticket containing the SteamID, screenshots, and video evidence in the #report-zone of our official Discord/Player Group.
• 处理承诺 | Processing Commitment: 管理组承诺在收到有效证据后的 48小时内 进行核实与处理。 The admin team commits to verifying and processing valid evidence within 48 hours.

2. 封禁申诉权

如果您认为自己的账号被误封，或封禁时长/原因存在争议，您有权发起申诉。

If you believe your account was banned by mistake, or if there is a dispute regarding the ban duration/reason, you have the right to initiate an appeal.

• 申诉途径 | Appeal Channel: 请前往本 SourceBans 系统的 [申诉专区 / Appeals] 板块提交申诉工单。 Please submit an appeal ticket in the [Appeals] section of this SourceBans system.
• 申诉要求 | Appeal Requirements: 申诉时请务必保持客观、礼貌的态度，并提供能够证明自己未违规的 实质性证据（如完整的 Demo 录像、聊天记录截图等）。 Please remain objective and polite during the appeal, and provide substantial evidence proving your innocence (e.g., full Demo recordings, chat logs, etc.).
• 处理原则 | Processing Principle: 联盟秉持“疑罪从无”与“证据至上”的原则。若核实为系统误封或管理误判，我们将立即撤销封禁并予以解封。 The Alliance adheres to the principles of "innocent until proven guilty" and "evidence first." If verified as a system error or admin mistake, we will immediately revoke the ban and unban your account.

3. 监督与反馈权

• 玩家有权对联盟的管理决策提出合理建议或异议。 Players have the right to provide reasonable suggestions or objections regarding the Alliance's administrative decisions.
• 严禁在申诉或举报过程中使用辱骂、人身攻击或煽动社区对立等极端言论，否则将取消相关权力并追加处罚。 The use of abusive language, personal attacks, or inciting community division during appeals or reports is strictly prohibited. Violators will lose these rights and face additional penalties.

温馨提示 | Alliance Disciplinary Notice:

权利与义务并存。联盟对任何滥用举报权（如恶意诬陷、伪造证据）或无理取闹式申诉的行为实行零容忍态度。一经查实，将视情节严重程度给予警告或永久封禁处理。

Rights come with responsibilities. The Alliance maintains a zero-tolerance policy against any abuse of reporting rights (e.g., malicious framing, forged evidence) or unreasonable appeals. Once verified, offenders will receive warnings or permanent bans depending on the severity.
